Your trust and satisfaction in a job well done are my highest priorities. There’s no better way to show me that you’re satisfied and trust me with your friends than to refer me to others! Please take a few minutes to think about 3 people who might benefit from my services as a Realtor. These might include:
- Recent or soon-to-be Graduates (college, grad school, etc)
- Young professionals currently renting, who would benefit by owning a condo
- Young families currently renting a townhome, who would benefit from owning a house with a yard
- Young families outgrowing their starter homes
- Friends and colleagues who recently got a huge promotion
- Friends who might be interested in an investment property
- Siblings who should buy now, before prices go up
- Parents who should buy a vacation property because they have paid off their mortgage and are no longer putting children through college
- Anyone moving out of state (I have a wide referral network and can help with relocation!)
What will I do with the information you provide?
I promise not to be too pushy or spam your friends. I’ll reach out to them, letting them know that you thought they might benefit from speaking with me. I might show them how buying a home can actually save them money each year over renting, or I’ll send a few listings that they might be interested in. If they express interest, I’ll help them in any way possible. If they don’t, I’ll file their information away and probably reach out to them again next year. That’s it!
